This room uses a ClickShare device to it to access the projector and webcam.
This device must be plugged into whatever computer you wish to present from.
To present, press the big button in the middle of the device.

The desktop computer at the podium has a USB cable on the podium

If you wish to present from a laptop, remove the USB ClickShare device and plug it into the laptop you with to present from.
The device will be ready once it shows a white circle that's not flashing. Then click the big button in the middle of the white circle.
When the white circle turns red, that means it is working. It should be ready to project, and the room webcam is ready to be used in zoom.

TO USE ZOOM ON YOUR LAPTOP WITH THE SPEAKERS, MICROPHONE, AND/OR WEBCAM IN THIS ROOM:
First, follow the above steps.
Open Zoom and go to the meeting like you normally would.
To use the SPEAKERS and MICROPHONE, go to the bottom left, click on the arrow on the Mute button and select "ClickShare Speaker" for speakers and "Echo Cancelling Speakerphone" for the Microphone.

To use the WEBCAM, go to the bottom left, click on the arrow next to the start/stop video button, then select "Room Camera" to use the webcam.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

Unplug and re-plug the ClickShare device into the desired computer.
If the ring is flashing white, continue waiting. It may take 30-60 seconds up to 2 minutes to connect.
